SMART Drive Windows 8.1

Just bought DELL 7000 series three weeks ago. Had SMART Status warning first day I had the computer. Tech replaced hard drive. One week later, same thing. Tech came out yesterday, replaced hard drive and motherboard. Just fired her up this morning...yep, getting same windows pop-up box like before with Smart Status Test, Smart Thresholds Test, and SMART Short Self Test failures when I run Diagnostic, just like the previous times. Anyone else having same problem?
