[SOLVED] Smart Fan 5 problem with Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro and AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT

Hi just bought a new rig with Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro.
So normally I want it to be quiet but I have noticed that the fans speed up for a short moment even if I don't do anything in Windows.
So I have started to dig into the Gigabyte software "Smart Fan 5" that can be edited from both Windows (SIV) and from bios.

My problem is that I can change the fan curves in the advanced tab in windows SIV software but as soon as I change fan selection it reverts back to what it was before.
All fans have been set to use VRM mos except the CPU. And I have set it to the selection "Quiet" in tab Auto.
What am I doing wrong? (I want a softer curve)

It seems to be in idle mode around 55 deg C and when stressed with Cinebench it about 72 deg C. I have not overclocked the CPU.

I was going to suggest making changes in BIOS but it seems the app over rides BIOS on launch. Although if you don't have SIV running at startup, it might not over rule BIOS - I don't run it myself (have an X570 elite). Have you tried it in bios?
