Question Smart/fitness watch with an independent alarm function ?

Hi,

I am looking for a present for my cousin who has two small children. She would like to have an alarm that would vibrate on her hand without any sound (without waking up anyone else). Can you recommend a non-expensive fitness band or a smart watch that will be able to do that? She should be able to set an alarm on the watch itself (not on the phone), and it should have a good battery life. It is great if there will be other functions, but alarm is the most important one. Any recommendations? She has an android phone (even though she would like to use the watch independently most of the time). Thanks!

I have a Fitbit Charge 4 that does this and lasts practically all week. I'm sure the other current Fitbit models do this.

The Amazfit Neo also does this, and it doesn't cost much at all plus it's got a long battery life. Have mine set to always record heart rate (always on) and I get about 7 days. Best 40 bucks I've spent on a wearable honestly, plus it's got that retro Casio look.
