Smart TV wifi problem

I have toshiba android tv 32 inches
WiFi not connecting. I have done factory reset also but still WiFi is not working pls give me some advice wt to do

Use ethernet instead of WiFi if the TV has an ethernet port. That's what I did when the WiFi setup on the TV was giving me a hard time. Had to buy a pair of powerline adapters to be able to use ethernet on the TV but it all works beautifully. It's more reliable, faster & more stable than WiFi too.
