I have a Samsung Smarthub TV and AT&T is my provider. They just came out and set up this new router so tha I could get further range to this TV. Well I forgot to make sure that it was actually set up before they left. I figured it would be automatic as long as I had the password. I was wrong. I'm going crazy. I can't use any of the features this 60" Samsung Smart TV has because I can't connect to network. Please if any one knows how do I find out if the up address is correct , and then all these other settings like DNS and mask. I am 75 years old and I watch my great granddaughters 2 month old and 1 1/2 yr old. I just don't have the time to call and be on the phone for hours and don't understand all this stuff. Can someone please tell me what to do? I appreciate any help. Thanks, Jen
