Smartphone cache files recovery

I have accidentally deleted some cache files from my Android smartphone using Cleaner app. Would it affect my phone? Also, is there any way to recover those deleted files?

Has it affected your phone? Cache files should just be re-created as needed, don't think it will affect anything.
