Question SMD on 980 pro broke off. What will happen now?

I recently got my 980 pro but while i was installing it i guess i was reckless and i basically broke the SMD on the right corner but the SSD still works. What might happen in the future? Will it cause stability problems or will it just stop working after a while,or will it become less durable,or will it work just fine,or will performance degrade over time or right now? I was planning to use this SSD for heavy workloads. I will be happy if someone answers my questions. Thanks!
