OK so I was moving my PC to my new phanteks enthoo luxe, everything was going great but I couldn't get the case fans to turn on. I connected the 4pin connector from the pwm hub to the CPU pins on my motherboard to try and get my case fans to work, the CPU fan moved slightly and then smoke came out of my pc. I realized that for the last 5minutes I had my psu plugged in and turned on and now my PC won't start. Did I ruin my motherboard? Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I have a feeling you might have tried to plug in the 4-pin fan connector backwards. That WILL smoke your mobo. Unplug all unnecessary stuff (no case fans, take out the GPU, disconnect all drives, just the mobo, cpu, and cpu cooler) and see if your PC will boot. If it wont, you may have fried your mobo, PSU, cpu, or a combination thereof.
