Smoked ssd drive

New build all new parts except PW supply. Finished building plugged in power supply hit start smoke from both ends of a sata cable loosing ssd drive and motherboard. Replaced motherboard and hard drive powered up same results sata cable and power cable smoked. help!!

The first thing I'd do is get that PSU as far away from my new components as possible, then buy a new, reputable brand.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results..
