Question Smoother gameplay on 60hz

Hi guys,

So i recently got a new PC and i get around 60+ FPS in every game but my monitor is 60hz and the micro stutter and the gameplay isn't smooth at all i was wondering if there is any way i can get a smooth gameplay even in 60hz monitor i have turned on Nvidia low latency to ultra and triple buffering and it seemed to help but i was wondering if i can get more out of it ?

Gigabyte rtx 3080
Cooler master 850w mwe fully gold modular

I have samsung ssd 860 evo
Gpu temps are around 54 degrees at max only
Don't know about CPU as i haven't checked it but the thermal paste is new so i don't think it'll be any higher as well

It's literally one of the worst out there its HP LV2011 its 900p
I plan on buying the Samsung odyssey 27' but it will be after 2 3 months but till then i need something as i play online and its bothering a lot.
