SMPS advice ..

I am on a budget and am not gonna play extreme games or high graphics games .. So , I was thinking of getting the corsair vs 450 or the antec vp 450 .. So , which would you guys advice or is there anything better ??? I have a budget of Rs. 2.5k ... I am gonna buy a radeon hd 6670 and currently have ga b75m d3h , 4GB corsair vengeance , core i3 3220 as my config ... Maybe I'll OC the GPU abit .. Considering all these which PSU would u advice for a general home PC ??? Coz the CX 430 is getting out of my budget ...

For the VS450, there are two versions, one has green label and other one has orange label. Like that;

So if the vs450 is orange one, then get it because it is the 80plus certification PSU. If it is the green, then just flick the coin and pick one or just buy the cheaper one.
