Question smr hard disk recovery

I have a hard disk in SMR technology that I accidentally formatted
I tried to restore or test sectors it showed me about 0 sectors.
Does anyone understand SMR technology
Because I realized it works differently or is familiar with software that knows how to recover
From the SMR hard disk?
Standard recovery software does not detect files ...

I would love to know with there is a method it is possible to recover lost files from such a hard disk of SMR
That the sectors show about 0000.
All sectors in standard recovery software.

the short answer is no.

The data is still there -- the drive just reports zeros for the TRIM-ed sectors. That said, only a handful of data recovery shops can do anything with a drive in this state.

The drive would need to be accessed using undocumented Vendor Specific Commands (VSCs). The most highly regarded tool is PC3000, but that costs US$10K or so. In any case, I don't believe this tool has a canned solution for this problem.
