Hi all,

I just bought (customized) a new PC. I have SN570 1TB NVME. I installed Windows 10 and found out that only 443 is available to use. I see the rest of the capacity in the Disk Manager but it's not unallocated. When I right-click the partition all the options (except Help) are grayed out. I didn't create any partitions at the time of installing Windows.
I don't have a clue how can I fix this. I did install the WD dashboard and it says firmware updated. Here're are some screenshots.

Thanks in advance,
Nishu

If you don't care about the data on the drive, when reinstalling Windows, delete all of the partitions first when you get to the step of telling which drive to install Windows on.

Though before you select the one spot, make sure to select "New" so you can confirm the setup properly creates what it needs. It should make three partitions: one of them the bootloader, one the recovery environment, and one is the space you can install Windows on

Found it!
I didn't create the partitions properly. The drive that didn't show up was set to GPT instead of MBR. Open the CMD and formatted the partitions.

Thanks everyone for the help.
