Question Sn750 se slow speed after abit of use

I have a b450 aorus m when i run the crystaldiskmark i get 3200mb/s but after 10 minutes then doing the same test it is 800mb/s is this normal? Or is something wrong?

What BIOS version are you on at the time of writing? What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on? Also, have you seen if the SSD is pending any firmware updates? I'm assuming you got the 250GB variant of the SSD?

I have windows 10 and the version is 10.019044 build 19044
The bios version is F41i have the 1tb version and it is on the latest firmware which is the 711250WD.

So from what i have understood this is happening because the slc cache is getting filled, but isn't it supposed to get cleared after a while? It only goes back to the slc speeds the 3400mb/s after restarting the pc.
