Question Snapped off the WiFi connectors on my Intel Wireless card.

Now they're stuck in the ends of the WiFi antennas. Is there any surefire method to get those little circular pieces out without causing further damage? If I can just get them out, all I need to do is replace the card. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated as I've received zero replies elsewhere.

A picture of the damaged parts would help greatly, it's hard to invisage exactly what you describe.....
