snapping ram 2nd slot

i put it in the 1st slot and it fits perfectly while 2nd slot doesn't fit in

Did you line up the little indentation on the bottom of the stick to match the DIMM's slot? What model is your motherboard? RAM type?

Probably some asrock board with 2 ram types.
