Question Snip and Sketch not working properly

Hi everyone,
I've encountered this issue with Snip & Sketch where I can't use it on apps like Discord or Opera GX or the new NVIDIA app or even on desktop. It seems to work fine after a restart/shut down, but after a period of time it stops working. By this I mean I can't use the shortcut (for example if I do Win + Shift + S, Discord types out a capital S instead of letting me screenshot my screen)

You can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

Which Windows are you working with? If the issue cropped up after an update, try a system restore.

Windows 10 unactivated. Is it possible the system is corrupted in any way?

EDIT: App uninstall did not work.
Could you please guide me how to system restore?
EDIT2: The keyboard started acting up doing weird stuff it's not supposed to be doing to the point where unplugging and plugging it back in didn't fix it, I had to restart the PC. My friend says this could be caused by corrupted Windows, is that possible?

I've now ran "sfc /scannow" command and it gave me this prompt: "
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."
I seriously hope this fixes this because if not I'm losing patience and I don't know what to do at this point

After this, I've booted up GTA V and while problem wasn't here after the reset (it worked in both Discord and Opera GX), I've used it once in GTA V and it stopped working. Surely that has to be the source of the problem... or at least I hope so

The source of the issue was indeed GTA V, the nature of the issue being so weird and uncanny made me believe that's what caused all my other problems - this snip and sketch one, keyboard acting up and my keyboard not keeping up with what I was typing (that actually made me believe it was a problem with my keyboard's firmware which after updating it bricked the entire keyboard so now I need to send it in for replacement)
