Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 fps problem

Hello

I play Sniper Ghost warrior 3 and I have a wired problem
the game runs smoothly but when I move the mouse the game stuck for 2-3 seconds and then back to run smooth but its happend every like 10 seconds hard to play its happend when I move the mouse or get inside SCOPE in the weapon

my pc should run it well
game play in 1920&1080 High settings - v-sync on

i5 6500 3.20GHz
8GB DDR4 2133MHz
GIGABYTE G1 GTX 1060 3GB

maybe its related to that on fifa 18 when I try to run DirectX 12 the game not running on full screen (I tried Alt+Enter)
so I play on DirectX 11

I know that this 10 series graphics card are optimzed to DirectX 12

I've played SGW 3 as well, and going in and out of scope always causes a slight hitch for me. I also get the 2-3 second freezes at random times just navigating the map, sometimes much longer than that. It happens no matter what settings I use too. The game is just horribly unoptimized. This is fairly common with teams that use CryENGINE. It seems CryTek were the only ones that actually knew how to use it.
