get it out as soon as you can,a screw can mess with the mobos power,static,etc...and you dont want everything in your system to die
Just do yourself a favour and get it out as soon as possible

What Djoza said but you may not have to take MB out, turn whole case and shake gently until it falls out, just make sure you find it before applying power again.
