Hello Community,

I have everything I need to build a desktop after weeks of research and many questions asked.
Now my final part is picking a GPU. I narrowed it down to HIS 7850 (perfect for my use).
However, there is an HIS 7850 Iceq Turbo and a HIS 7850 Iceq X (both same price)... I know they look different but
is there a difference? How the hell am I supposed to choose lol? Is one better at cooling and over clocking?
I'm picking one entirely based on the answer I get here. Thanks in advance guys.

This might come in handy: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006662%2050002058&IsNodeId=1&Description=radeon%207850&bop=And&CompareItemList=-1|14-161-405^14-161-405-TS%2C14-161-428^14-161-428-TS

The Turbo one is factory overclocked to 1000MHz but requires a bigger case and 2 x 6 Pin connectors for power.

As far as overclocking goes I think they both should go one as far as the other but the temperatures they register will probably be a bit different. Around 5% difference in temperature, maybe?

Note: triculious might be absolutely wrong but if he is, at least someone will be annoyed by his replies and own the *** out of him. Either way is cool for the OP =P

Ah, so the turbo only implies that it's factory oc'ed. Didn't see it was 2 x 6 pin. I mean if they both will OC generally the same then I probably will go with the one that just uses 1 x 6 pin. Seems logical. Thanks for the advice!
