Yea i'm confused since there are other graphcis drivers i can download and if i install those, i'm just wondering if i can run my games better. I know the graphics card itself is built in the computer, but im just curious if it replaces the program inside and makes it better.

(sorry if i sound stupid. completely noob with computers)

Graphics card drivers are dependent on the graphics adapter, don't download all of them but only the ones you need, and for yourself this would be the intel R HD Graphics one only. Installing all drivers can cause issues with stability and you can get the drivers to clash with each other, which is not what you want. The Integrated graphics is also inside the CPU, just to know. Reason why your games are slow is that integrated graphics is relatively weak in performance, if you want better performance you need a dedicate graphics card.

So i cant uninstall my current one and install a better one online? (so they dont clash)

you can uninstall any drivers you have previously installed, but any never drivers won't offer any better performance especially if your currently expecting too much from the integrated graphics processor.

If you already have multiple drivers installed uninstall all of them either through uninstall a program or if not working through device manager. The latest driver will be directly from intel's website.

Intel drivers won't let you install if it's not a supported model anyways. Other gpu drivers do the same but intel divides their drivers more per product instead of bundling multiple series like amd and nvidia. Drivers don't do anything to the gpu itself. Simply put, the driver is so windows can use the hardware correctly. Like a driver drives a car. If you don't know how to drive a car, you can't use the car. It doesn't make the car any better. Although a better driver can have some effect, it's not much.
