So currently i have a zotac 1070 ti. But im thinking about buying the nvidia 3070 when it comes out cause like this 1070 is 750 dollars brand new. But i can get a 3070 for 250 dollars less? and its more powerful than a 2080 ti? I mean like cmon why not do it? I mean will it still require the 8+8 pin power connector idk? But what do you guys on toms hardware think i should do.

A GTX1070 is NOT worth $750. You're probably looking at a 3rd party seller's Amazon listing who is pricing it high because GTX1070s aren't manufactured anymore.
Well it was a ZOTAC card and they are usually a bit more expensive i think And this isnt the mini 1070TI this is the full size GPU.

Yeah, a GTX 1070 is not worth $750.

Anyone can sell anything for any price.

Don't buy an $1100 i7-980.

1070s haven't been made for awhile. People are just trying to rip off people who aren't very sophisticated. There's no reason to buy a 1070 over a 2060 and you can get a bunch of those under $350. A 1070 isn't worth $750.

Holy hell. 1800 dollars for a GTX 970? Thats a rip off! No seriously that is the biggest ripoff i have ever seen in my life! Hell you could get a 2080TI for that price and like a 120gb sata SSD what the hell is wrong with this world. A GTX970 is NOT worth 1800 dollars let me tell you that RIGHT NOW.
