So i wanna buy a s8 or s9 from this website called kogan they sell the phones cheaper cuz of the phones are overseas anyway
So if I buy a Ex Demo Phone is it like a full access normal phone or what I'm really confused cuz if i look it up on youtube no answer check google no answer either

Nobody but the seller knows what you will get. You might strike gold, or you might get a dud. Unless the seller specifically has listed the phone as compatible with your country' cell operators, you risk a lot. Just think what you'll do if you have to return the phone back.
