So Fed Up with these connection issues.......

So here it is
i've been running into hell alot of issues recently
and i'm really fed up right now
first thing is , this happens like 4 times already , sometime when i'm playing games i just instantly disconnects because of my connection

those games are , Dragon nest , Steam games , Blizzard games and League of Legends
and they're identiic , identic by means , whenever i Disconnected and can't reconnect , i'll just go
to their websites ( B.net , Garena.com , steamvalve ) and IT ALWAYS have the same result , which is i can't access the website , " took too long to respond " , and i CANT connect to the games

all i can do is just totally shut down and remove all cables from my router and wait 8 hours
and it's not a 100% fix , sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn't

this evening it happens , i was playing LoL and got Disconnected , i tried recconecting and it says " server checking " while like the whole city is playing the game without any connection issues
i tried my method to go to the forum website , the web won't respond ,

please enlighthen me
what is the issue
what happened
what should i do

Is not gonna fix itself, either you will have to call somebody or do some troubleshooting yourself. Start with, if you like...

When it disconnects, can you still browse? What do the modem's lights look like, normal? Can u still get online via another PC/smartphone etc?

The internet seems to be fine , the modem looks normal and i can browse the internet , youtube , social media etc
so for an example , i can't access battlenet through my PC , i can't also access it through anything else ( phone , another laptop / desktop ) but it seems that i can access it using my phone mobile data

and also , now the issue goes even further
i can't open any application / EXE files that has to be run as administrator , including task manager , i have to manually browse the EXE file and right click it , run as administrator in order to run it

i just had this lapotp OS reinstalled 5 hours ago

If other things are working, that points to Internet/ISP is fine. I see no reason why your ISP would discriminate against your gaming sometimes and no other.

That EXE thing points to something wrong with the laptop, OS. You re-installed OS, that's great, but I would run a s.m.a.r.t. monitor, your HD maybe failing and whatever you install, becomes corrupted in short order. S.M.A.R.T. would tell you the health of your HD, I like HDsentinel, it's free. If you have had crashes frequently, for whatever reason, that may signal HD corruption.

Before i Reinstalled my OS , that happened tho , i scanned for malwares using malwarebytes but the result is just worse
i can't open any Exe files , the windows is asking me how do i wanna open it
and every content is missing (taskmanager command prompt , control panel etc ) everything is gone
then i reinstalled my OS , it happens again , ...........why
