So GTX 960 or GTX 970

i have
i3 3210 3.20ghz
4 GB DDR3 (i will upgrade to 8GB)
Power Supply 450 watt ( i will upgrade seasonic 620)
Mobo : GA-H61M-S1
GPU : GTX 960 or GTX 970.

So here my questions starts i made many threads relating to GPU about GTX 960 but in india GTX 960 cost Rs.18000 (300$) and GTX 970 for Rs.30000(500$)
but in amazon.com GTX 970 is for 330$ so instead of buying GTX 960 for 300$ i will get GTX 970 but can anyone tell if i order from amazon.com do they add extra tax or import duties and how much will be the cost if i ship to india.

as i read that policies but i am not confirmed as their policy says that standard takes 4.49$ per 1lb and what is the weight of GTX 970 including box

does they add any tax i can pay 350$ for it including shipping.

The gtx 970 will be wasted with only an i3 to run it and only 4gb ram. Even a gtx 960 will be partially bottlenecked by the i3 and lack of ram. Especially if you want to play high end AAA games at high settings.

You can get a Seasonic 520 from flipkart for 5100inr which will run your PC - with a gtx 960 or gtx 970.

It might have free shipping but there might also be a duty of 16.85% according to that second link so that $330 will turn into at least $385 USD.

I suggest you to not buy stuff from Amazon.com,if you are in India. I faced a lot of problems when I bought a GTX 770 from Amazon.com

What will you do if the GPU fails? Warranty is a hassle in internationally shipped products.

Besides both the GTX 960 and GTX 970 are available in India.
