Question So i am having trouble with thermal throttling. How do i fix it?

Hello everyone.
I have a FX 8320 and it is thottling a lot in games like BF4.
I have made a thread on it before: Last thread.
Now that i know what the problem is, i have tried cleaning and re aplying my cooler (Hyper 212 EVO) and just trying some settings in my BIOS.
Does anyone have tips to get my CPU cooler or just avoid the throtling without breaking my PC?

Open the side panel of your case, it is obviously not circulating enough air to keep the CPU cool. Check whether your case is using a push-pull-configuration or they are blowing the wrong way.

What case fans do you have? Number and orientation?

Yeah i figured after i saw 1 fans cable was broken and another one off. I let them both work and now with heavy gaming the CPU does not go above 50 degrees. Eventhough it does not reach the 60 degree mark for the throttle, it still throttles whilst playing BF4. I put on Vsync and in AMD CCC the max of 60 fps, and it stopped throttling.
I still think it is weird it is throttling on 50 degrees.

Temperature is only one thing that will cause the CPU to throttle. Drawing to much power [beyond what is specification] will also throttle the CPU.

It is not overclokced so it should not be a problem. I think the temperature problems lie on the motherboard.

what motherboard is it?

Many FX motherboard the VRMs overheat, could be worth pointing a fan at them and attaching heatsinks to the vrms if they dont already.
