So I decided to buy an RTX 2080 TI...
2 years ago I ve started a very ambitious project, and I am about to finish it. So with the release of the new 20 series I tpld myself that i would get the best gpu and i have some questions.
First off my current PC is not that balanced but I made it like that since i got a rly good price on a used Graphics Cars and i knew i would replace it: I7 8700K~3.7 Ghz
GTX 1060 6GB
Asus Z370 Prime A Mobo
Only 1 Module of 8 GB
2133 DDR3 RAM
I know that I am going to swap the ram and i wss thinking that i would go for a 3000 mhz, 16 gb ,2 modules.
I ve heard that for intel processors ram isn t that important but since I am getting the most powerful Graphics Crard out there should i not cheap out and get 3200 Mhz or even 3600? I am don t have alot of information abput ram and i would rly be greatful if you could help me out...ty.
BTW: Sry 4 my bad english...I leave in another country and here with the import fees prices can get rly high loke around 250USD for 16 Gb at 3000mhz.

Here is a link to the QVL list of supported memory:

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-Z370-A/HelpDesk_QVL/

It is the PDF file in the middle: PRIME_Z370-A_memory_QVL_report

From what you have stated in terms of budget, you should look for a 3000/3200 16GB kit at the best price.
