I used a can of air compressor and I was very careful to not let liquid out/not make the fans spins etc.. but at one point while trying to reach a hard spot i tilted the can too much and it sprayed some liquid in. I got lucky and (i don't know exactly how much) a good part of the liquid was blocked by a dust filter but there's probably a decent amount that went in the pc (it was on the side so not on important components but maybe it sprayed a bit in a fan). I reassembled my pc after it was clean and now it's working perfectly fine and not making any weird noises but should i be worried for something in the short/long term or was I just lucky?

Solution
No need to worry.

Even the liquid tends to evaporate and cause no issues(the liquid becomes gas rather quick at room temperature and is part of how they get so much "air" into the can. Think of it in a similar way to who a small tank of propane has so much gas(it is liquid in the tank).). It is not like people do not clean parts with rubbing alcohol.

As long as the system is off when cleaning, chances of damage are very slim.
