So yesterday i came on here asking people on the Graphics card thread about my computer giving me no signal, it is my first build, and my friend and i built it together.
So today i realized we didn't plug in the CPU Power supply cables. Lol i know.
So i plugged it in and i booted it up.
Unfortunately after 7 attempts i realized that it was just flickering. Now before i plugged in the cpu power supply cable everything turned on alright, but now it just flickers. It goes on, then off, on, then off.

My specs are here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LjYFQ7 please help!

Did you do a Bios update prior to installing the i5-4690k? It is very likely that your motherboard needs it to support your CPU, because Z87 motherboards were not originally designed for Haswell-Refresh CPUs (I5-4460, I5-4690k, I7-4790k). They were designed for the first generation of Haswell CPUs. If you haven't, you might be in a bit of trouble.

Thanks for responding, but the problem is, i cant even get the computer to display to do that.

See, that's the problem. You can't update the Bios without having a compatible CPU installed, so your CPU can become compatible. If you have an electronic shop not too far, they are very likely to have Haswell CPUs around and they could probably do it, but expect them to charge you more than the service is really worth ^^.
