Question so I got this new ips panel and it has warping at the upper corners

Like the title says, I have got a new ACER monitor and as is shown in the pic I have noticed that both the upper right and left corners seem "warped". It is most noticeable when viewing a single color on the screen like the picture. Should I be concerned about that? Is this a manufacturing defect or has this panel been tampered with and I should consider a replacement?

It looks like the panel isn't being illuminated at the top edges. Might want to contact(email) your seller and include Acer into the conversation to see if you can RMA the panel or return it. The backlight on the top corners looks dim, which can very well be a manufacturing defect.
