Question So I have a 2tb seagate plugged into my pc but cant locate it so all my stuff is downloading to my kensington what is the problem?

Just really stressing me out as its literally there for nothing and all my games are on my kensington
even though I have this 2 tb ssd and cant even use it cause my pc does locate it on the disk drive but I cant select it as a place for downloads what is the issue?

What do you mean "on your Kensington?" Kensington makes docking stations, security locks, mice, and laptop bags, none of which store files. Well, digital files; laptop bags can hold paper folders.

I don't know your skill level so please forgive me if you have tried what I am proposing. Assuming your using Windows 10 right click on the start menu and choose disk management. Can you see your drive here? If yes make sure the drive is intialized, partioned and formatted. Let me know how that goes...

They do make USB thumb sticks, I own a few. But more information from the OP would be helpful. Dizero what are your system specs and what OS are you running?

their out of the game at this point. Drives I have are 128MB yes you read that right...MB so not suprised you haven't heard. I may or may not (ok I do) have tech hording issues lol...
