so i have a 3200MHZ 8gbx2 ram on installed on my PC but on task manager it only use a 2667mhz, I also did some research abt my problem but non of them seems to work like ram proper dual channel placement and bios update or reset. there's a one thing that made me think on my oc settings in my bios there's a option that I can manually change the speed of my ram, so here's the thing when I set it to 3200mhz it will shutdown (no signal) then it will restart again and boom still 2667mhz but when I set the speed option into 3100 mhz something it boots pretty well, I revert the changes because I'm afraid that it might cause some stress on my ram so is it okay to do that or nah?

MOBO: MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX
Proc: Ryzen 5 3400g
Ram: SKIHOTAR 8GBX2 3200MHZ

Can you show CPU-Z spd section - with values in it?
Values for slot #2 are empty, because your ram modules are in some other ram slots (not in slot #2).
In Memory selection drop-down box - select a different ram slot.

Ok then ...
Go into BIOS and set
RAM latencies to 21-21-21-47,
DRAM voltage to 1.35V,
Command Rate to 1T.
Set dram frequency to 2666mhz, test it.
If everything works fine, then increase ram frequency and test again (test after each step) - 2800mhz, 2933mhz, 3000mhz, 3200mhz.
If test fails, then return to previous settings, that worked.
so update I already did what you say, so I set all the values you say and when I set my dram frequency into 2666mhz it boots up really well and then when I set the dram frequency into 2800mhz it shows no signal at all and I cant revert the options so I did remove the cmos battery in motherboard to reset the bios and I am here now still stuck at 2667mhz
