Question So I have an old acer motherboard it’s an I pump-ar

When I install my graphics card the computer stays on the boot screen that says gateway. But when I uninstall the graphics card and plug my cord into the the integrated hdmi it works perfectly fine and boots right into windows. Can anyone help me. This is just one of my few quarantine projects lol. Also when I leave it on the boot screen for a bit it will beep once then a min or 2 later ittl beep again and the name of my card the version and copyright. Then below that it shows a flashing cursor. Somone please help
