Question SO, i have an rx 570 and i7 4790 and tech gpu -z shows that im running pcie x16 1.1....my motherboard supports pcie 2.0 but doesnt switch to it.....

Shouldn't be a problem. Was it set to 1.1 in the BIOS or on Auto?

You should only see 2.0 when the GPU is under load.

when looking at GPU-Z click the blue? right by where it says 16X 1.1 it should change to 2.0 all by itself when it runs the test.
That means it's working as intended goes to 2.0 as it should under load.
