So I have bought a new motherboard. The MSI MPG Gaming Z390, how to power 8+4 cpu power?

So I have bought a new motherboard. The MSI MPG Gaming Z390, I have set up the board and installed everything, however there is a cpu pwr1 which is an 8 pin (which my psu has) and another cpu pwr2 which is a 4 pin (which my psu does not have). Is this normal for psus not to have this extra pwr connector, if so how should i go about powering the extra 4 pin slot? My psu is not modular and is the Thermaltake 600w rgb

It should run with just the 8 pin , but I would look into getting a power supply that has 2.
Also that is a very poor PSU.
I wouldn't rum a Z390 board with a poor PSU.
