Are there any troubleshooting lights that come on on the motherboard whenever you power on the system? This could deduce if it's a Boot, DRAM, CPU, or VGA problem.

  1. Full parts list of this system
  2. If you do take out the new SSD, does the system boot up?
so I don't know the full parts list my brother built it for me and since then I've moved away, and yes if I take the new SSD out my PC works perfectly fine

You can figure out your system specs just by going into the task manager and going over to the "Performance" tab. This will show you the name of your CPU, GPU, Drives, and how much bandwidth (Wi-Fi) you're using

If there is another 2.5/3.5 disk in the machine unplug the cables from the disk and plug them into the 4TB disk....test
