Question so i installed a 2.5 ssd to have added space to my current memory but now my computer wont boot.

so i just bought a 4tb wd 2.5 SSD and I bought all ne cables for it and went to put it in and now when I try to turn my computer on and it'll come on for a second then shut right back off. when I take it back out it'll turn on fine my psu should be able to handle it its a 650w the wires and everything is all brand new so I don't know what to do. has anyone ever dealt with this or know what to do?

Are there any troubleshooting lights that come on on the motherboard whenever you power on the system? This could deduce if it's a Boot, DRAM, CPU, or VGA problem.

I'm not sure it basically flicks on for a second and goes right bwack off
You can figure out your system specs just by going into the task manager and going over to the "Performance" tab. This will show you the name of your CPU, GPU, Drives, and how much bandwidth (Wi-Fi) you're using

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ this is roughly what i have GPU: nvidia GeForcertx 2060 CPU: and Ryzen 7 2700x 8 core. i know I have a corsair 650w PSU the MOBO is a gigabyte B450 aorus pro wifi mini itx am4. the RAM is patriot viper steel 32 gb (2 x 16gb) and that's all I really know about it.

If there is another 2.5/3.5 disk in the machine unplug the cables from the disk and plug them into the 4TB disk....test
