**So I need some advice and some guidance**

Hey guys and girls,

I'm a brand new member (Nice to meet you all), and I am wanting to build my own computer for the very first time. I have the bits that I would like to buy and then put together and I was just wondering if it will all work together and fit together etc...
These are the parts:
Corsair Obsidian 800D
ASUS Rampage II Extreme X58
Intel Core i7 920 C0 @ 21x200 4200MHz 1.38v
Corsair H50
Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9
Corsair AirFlow Fan v2
2x HD6950 2GB unlocked to HD6970 2GB
3x Samsung Spintpoint F3 1TB 7200RPM 32MB
Corsair TX750W

I was also wondering if there is anything I would need to add, or even take away if it is unneeded.
I would also like a new monitor, a quite wide one would be nice, but like <£200 ideally.

Where exactly are you getting these parts? And how much are you paying? They are all last gen or older and definitely not recommended for a new build.

From Overclockers as much as I can, I am willing to pay up to £2000.

Will it be good enough to run skyrim and other games on high< graphics? and be able to run photoshop and other editing and developing applications well?

With that budget you will have no problem buying brand new high end parts and no problem playing any current game. So unless you're getting a pretty good deal on those parts, I'd start from scratch.

Ahh okay, right well I would definitely prefer not to spend that much money, so if I can create a build that runs current games on medium to high and PS.6 etc for like £1000 or under that would be amazing, any ideaaas?

People will be happy to recommend builds. Unless you're getting killer deals on those parts though.....

At least a z77 board, i5, 8 GB ram, avoid the H50 maybe a hyper 212. Something like a 7870 or 7950, unless the 6950s are a steal. I'll leave specifics to others as I am in the US. See these stickies
