I have never seen anybody ask this question ever because I'm pretty sure nobody ever has turned on this mode before by themselves.
I had just built a new PC but it wasn't working. I wasn't getting any signal to the monitor. I thought it was my monitors fault so I went into the monitors settings and turned on this mode called "burn-in mode". Thinking it would instantly fix my issue.
Colors started flashing. I tried turning my monitor off. I couldn't. I tried unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
It'll boot back up into burn in mode right when you plug the power adapter in.
I tried clicking on the buttons on the bottom that stupidly don't have labels. Nothing.
I tried looking at different forums of people being stuck in burn-in mode?? NOTHING.
( Mod edit: Keep it clean. )
Contacted customer support and they couldn't just tell me how to fix it even though I gave them my monitor name.
It's an Acer V226HQL.
