So I updated

Sooo I updated to windows 10 from 7. it's finished installing then I try to set up everything. My keyboard and mouse don't work. all of my usb ports don't work. I can't move from the main screen of welcome to windows 10. Is it a motherboard problem? What can I do? I literally cannot use my PC

Driver issue I think. Try first to update the drivers. If that doesn't work can you do a clean OS install? Make sure you tie your OS to your MS account before a clean install.

Enable legacy USB support in teh BIOS.
