For Asus

Rog maximus> rog Strix > Asus prime

Prime is their budget line, Strix is more of a glorified prime with a bit more feature and maximus is the top of line Asus stuff.

I don’t have the spec sheet with me, but I think prime and Strix uses very similar if not the same vrm setups.

To add to the incompatible motherboard, you've also chosen a relatively low quality PSU which is never a great idea when you have a powerful build. What's another 30 bucks for the most critical component when you're already spending so much.
The most common recommendations are the EVGA supernova G2/G3, Seasonic Focus plus, Corsair RMX/RMi/TX, also Superflower Leadex I/II. Any of these in 550-650W would be a much better choice.

ye i updated the motherboard and ty for telling me about the PSU

if you are going high overclocking with mid tier motherboard. may i suggest the asrock extreme 4?
it's cheaper than an strix, but much strong vrm. 10 phase vs mimic 8 phase.
if you want asus board, go for the ROG hero and up
