[SOLVED] So i wanted to upgrade old pc i had

I installed a phenom ll x6 1055t there it has 133 w tdp

the mobo has 95 tdp

what will happen will it be fine

the mobo is m2n68-la

it makes so much heat even with the new thermal paste

the vrm make some heat too

Never heard of it, there's CM "Silent" series that's only a fan and "Silencio" that's series of desktop cases.

Mobo should be OK if you don't overclock(much). For the cooler I would look for one that came with AMD FX series CPUs, ones that have 2 tubes.
