and raising an 8-year-old daughter and doing it all ALONE... would you buy
a copy of WoW and try it out?

Coz I certainly won't as I can't afford it anyway!

What I hear from the others (still can't play myself), it's an highly
addicted game. So if you got all that stuff to do, I would suggest to try to
stay away from it. I'm allready getting obsessed by the game, just by
reading the posts here and on alt.games.warcraft. 😛

🙁 don't get it, bud. I like it, heck, I LOVE it, but it will make your
life tougher, not more pleasurable. You have enough on your plate right now
without an addictive game title to boot. The damn thing should have a
disclaimer on it... Caution: May keep you up till 4:00 a.m. on weekdays.

Stay away from it. You have IMPORTANT things to deal with right now. Don't
let a silly video game keep you from your responsibilities.

Anex.....UndeadRogueazon, just repeat to yourself .. "$180 a year, $360
every two, $540 every three". Now, how many years have you been playing D2?

Heh, that's the way I look at it. Sure keeps my hand away from the credit

Yeah. I'm too damn broke to go game shopping anyway. :-(

What's the game, $50? Then $15 a month thereafter? My beloved D2 is free.
And the "addiction" is long past. From the sound of it, WoW would be like
a big monkey on my back.

Don't need it and frankly don't want it(now) ;-)

But it's still interesting to read about so maybe in a year or so I pick
it up and already have an idea what to do with it.

I say keep the WoW posts coming; if I get tired of it, that's what filters
are for. 🙂
