Question So I'm getting the Ryzen 3700x and need help with motherboards

I was wondering which motherboard should I get, and what's all the fuss about the b450 and x450 not have the bios updated or whatever?
I have a Seasonic 550w PSU and would like to know if its alright for a new motherboard and cpu and probably a GPU
My gpu at the moment is Geforce 1060 6gb I will be upgrading most likely getting the new AMD GPU will my PSU be enough?
Most likely gonna get the new AMD GPU just waiting on reviews!

if the motherboard bios not support the cpu. it will not boot.

Any B450 or X470 board currently in stores is not likely to have a BIOS that will boot a Ryzen 3000 processor.

You should look for a board that has a label like 'Ryzen 3000 Ready' on it to know it will work.
