Solution
For VR, the gpu - the resolution of the screens is equivalent to 4K - and a good psu are essential...
I trust you have those 2 covered - an RTX 2060 or greater and something on the level of a Corsair TXM 550 or greater?

10th gen and 400 series is out, 9th gen and 300 series is dead, I don't know why you're looking at an outdated platform?

Ok so basically I need a new computer then lol, I was trying to save money but by what your saying to save money I need to spend more money. Anyways I dont have either the power supply unit or the graphics card equivalent to what you said. If I get those then what motherboard, and cpu would be best to get? I'll take your recommendations very well and purchase them most likely. Anything that's gonna be able to run games vr and also run unity so I can further learn game development my computer <Mod Edit> on itself anytime I even run unity anymore it didnt used to but these days it's just so slow

Wow either spend 400 on used/ outdated parts or spend 1.2k on brand new good parts. I'm totally thinking about buying one of those setups would I need anything other than those parts or would the parts on my pc be enough, like a network adapter and USB ports. I'm not that knowledgeable about parts on pcs even though I'd like to be. I'm assuming both of those setups are mostly similar in power?
