So is it time for a big upgrade?

I've had my gaming pc, which is my first one for over 3 and a half years now and here are my components
Graphics Card: Gtx 650
Ram: 4gb
HDD: 500gb
Cpu: Intel core i5 highly overclockable (cant overclock because I've not got a good enough fan)

Ive not got the best of money at the moment, I just need to know which components need upgrading to get the best out of gaming, mainly high optimized games because I can run the following games on max;
Payday 2
Red orchestra 2
Bad company 2
insurgency
Skyrim
Chivalry Medival warfare

upgrade GPU(you will probably need to upgrade PSU) and add another 4gb of ram
