Hi so I just got my power supply aand it has some weird paste inside you can see itn in the back is this normal?Like I might just be a dummy but it looks ghetto.Plus I bought from so dude in my city not from a shop.But it's new untouched at liest thats what he claims.How do i post pictures?

It's RTV. aka "caulk". It keeps the heavy parts secured to the PCB and can also dampen audible noise from magnetics.
