So, a few days ago I made a thread of how I wanted a new GPU for around $550. Now, my budget has increased to about $900. Here is the original thread https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/what-graphics-card-should-i-buy.3510138/ where I detail all of the requirements I have. Still am looking at both new an used offerings, gravitating towards nvidia and may or may not need RTX (please do tell me if it is worth it). Also, please consider that I am buying in Germany, so if you have links make sure they are either manufacturer links or Amazon.de links. Thanks!

2080 / 2080 Super is good. The 2080 Ti is several 100 over that, not really worth it for 1440 resolution.
I am considering the 2080 Super but I am afraid that its performance relative to the 1080 Ti is quite bad. But nvidia made it hard for us with the 2080 Ti being $500 more than the 2080 Super. I mean, for the money I got I could get 2 2070 Super cards (I am not going to but still) and get the same performance.
