Question So my gpu isnt working correctly

So pretty much my GPU wont show up in task manager and even if i disable intel graphics on device manager it still dosent work with games, in GPU-z i have to select it for it to come up, it wont work on games and i dont know what to do also drivers wont install properly ( RX570 )

Did you download the driver straight up or the auto-detect installation tool?
Also I assume this is a clean install?

It was off the RADEON site
