[SOLVED] So my new ram I got is not working. I got a 2 x 8GB kit and when I use one of them it works fine, but when trying to use both in dual channel my pc go

Motherboard: Gigabyte B365M Wifi
Ram: Old ram is 1 stick 8gb and my new ram is 2x8 gb 3200
SSD/HDD: Idk
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 super
PSU: Idk
Chassis: Idk
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: Dell
Bios is version F2b Y1

Install in slots a2-b2.

Reset BIOS to defaults.

Remove the old ram stick and put the new ram sticks into slots DDR4-2 and DDR4-1 (page 9 of your manual). Then do a clear CMOS (page 19 of your manual).

ive put them in 2 and 4 1 and 3 and 1 and 2 non of it worked

ive put them in every slot pattern possable and i did take out my old ram already also what is cmos

Clearing CMOS clears the BIOS configuration and resets the CMOS values to factory defaults. This is usually necessary when you make a hardware change. Look at page 19 in your motherboard's User Manual whose link I provided.
